4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through Padhai Sewa—including but not limited to video lessons, PDF notes, mock test questions, software, and logos—is the exclusive property of Padhai Sewa.

- Limited License: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the materials for your private study.

- Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from copying, recording, redistributing, uploading to third-party sites, or selling any part of our materials without express written consent. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

5. User Conduct & Community Standards

- Environment: Students must maintain a professional and respectful environment in all interactive sessions, groups, and forums.

- Zero Tolerance: Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or the sharing of exam answers/leaked questions will result in immediate account termination without a refund.

- Integrity: Sharing login credentials to allow multiple users on one account is a violation of these terms.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our services are designed for students. If a user is a minor, we assume that the account was created with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). Padhai Sewa shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your login details.

8. Limitation of Liability
